Anyone knows why long distance plans minutes don't match what is being advertised?
When i created the plan , I've selected 1000 minutes with Romania. Once the plan got created, I can see only 500 minutes available.
I've opened a ticket with Fizz, and they closed it couple of minutes after I've opened it, without providing any clarifications.

That's very strage because they do advertise 1000 minutes for 5$ in Romania.No other choice here but to open another ticket.Maybe they close the first one by mistake.9

You need to contact Fizz again by chat.
Make sure you provide them with some screenshots to remind them how much you're supposed to get for your $5.6 -
Yeah, that's not okay. Open another ticket, with screen shots, and continue through their complaints process as necessary. They need to be called out on the apparent false advertising.6

Contact the support, since it is wrong.
Since the price is different, do you have the service free of charge?
If I go to a store and the price is different and less of 10$ I will have the product without charge,7 -
