Texts aren't going through at all today. All steps were taken on my part to attempt to fix it. What is going on?

If you already reboot your phone, the only solution is to contact the support.
Go on this page after 8h, https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues,, you need to be connected
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon
Your can also send a message by facebook
