Can't text, send SMS?

I had a data only plan last month, I changed it to only text. I can still use my leftover data. I can receive SMS but can't send any. I tried configuring the access point, restart my phone... nothing works.

Vous devez être connecté, attendre environ 15 seconds pour faire apparaitre l'icône en bas sur la droite, cliquez sur l'icône
Vous pouvez aussi envoyer un message par l'entremise de Facebook

Did you reboot your phone?
If nothing works, you might have to contact the Fizz support.8 -
Seems unique situation. You may have to contact Fizz customer service.
Question: When you say cant send any text, does your phone actually fail to send the text OR the text is sent but the recipient doesn't receive?

Your APN has nothing to do with sending regular texts. Step one, restart your phone. It can't hurt and might help. But, if the problem continues (likely), it sounds like something was messed up in the permissions for your account when it was changed over to text only. You're going to have to contact Fizz customer service via chat or FB messenger to get it fixed.4
