Why I can’t accès my rewards program page
I truies on my phone and on my lap top
I was supposed to have 2 referral bonus it’s been 5 month now
I send a message on Facebook because I never saw the chat bubble

Log in and go to one of the help topics to see the chat bubble pop up after 15 seconds. I chatted with agents twice this morning.

Did you receive the text about your referral bonus 5 months ago ?
If your list of referral is empty, there is a good chance that the referee didn't enter correctly your referral code.
Go into "My profile" and click on the 6th option "Referral Bonuses" to check how many past and pending referral you have.

When you were on the referral page, did you click on the year "2019" and change it to "2018"?

The "2019" page will be blank if you don't have any referrals this year.
