Perks not showing in use?

I have selected to use 250 mb as a perk but it is still showing as pending. How do I know that this perk is being applied?

You have selected a 250mb upgrade, which is a recurring bonus amount, which will be available next month.

A perk is under a different category in your account, and are valid for 90 days from receiving them. The 2x1gb perks will not appear in your account until April 9, according to the email we all received.6 -

When you activate a perk, it takes effect immediately.
What you actually selected was not a perk, it's an upgrade. When you activate any upgrade, it will apply to your plan at the start of your next payment cycle.2 -
That is an upgrade, therefore, you will see it on your next cycle5
