I am in Europe in this moment. Can I use the 2GB offered as perks for yesterday’s blackout as travel add-on?

    If you can prove that you were impacted in Europe, I think that would be a solid case.

    I already told them that I am in Europe. They can check the fact that I am using roaming in this moment. Technically is very easy to verify.

    As it stands, no. The 2gb in perks will be for whatever coverage area your plan is, and will not be available until April 9.
