Can't connect to 365 area code?

I have Canada wide voice. It won't let me call 1 (365) which is a Southern Ontario area code. It says my plan does not allow it. I have double-checked and it does!
I have created a ticket but wondering if anyone else had faced something similar. I called some other long distance numbers throughout the country and they all worked.

    If you provide us with a 365 area code number to test, would gladly do it as I have Canada-wide calling, too.

    There have been cases of other numbers not working as well. Best to contact Fizz support for this issue as only they can get this resolved for you.
