Are we getting compensated for yesterday ?

Still no news are compensation from yesterday’s full day of blackout ?
As anyone threaten to leave Fizz , what did support chat say ?

  • They have something built into our contracts that says as long as the service outage isn't longer than 48 hours, they don't need to provide compensation. I think they would want to to keep customers but I had no luck with that. I'll be paying a bit more with Fido or Koodo for a reliable network shortly. 12 hour outage with no bill credits is absurd when there are so many options out there. I read about people missing job interviews. Also very glad my car didn't break down.

    If the outage is less than 48 hours, no, in accordance with CRTC law. You can still to try over the chat.
