i want to change my plan but it doesnt work! how can i communicate with the compagny?

Very simple , do it online and change your plan. Changes are done instantly and if you for some reason your phone stops working just log into there website and chat with support1

What error did you get? Perhaps if you can explain where you went to change your plan. Is it for Mobile or Internet? What did you try and what happened?
Sometimes, the problem could be simply browser related. Have you tried using a different browser on desktop or laptop? Or clearing cache/cookies and try incognito mode?
