Error 38 when sending a SMS?

Hi !
When I try to send a SMS, the message is not sent and I have a message saying the message could not be sent using Fizz Network. Error 38.
Do you know what to do ?

Have you tried rebooting your phone since yesterday outage?

Working fine for me since 10:30 PM last night. Did reboot helped? If no luck, check with Fizz support on the chat

Hi !
Yes I rebooted it couple of times.
Everything worked fine until it started giving me this Error.
I rebooted it again afterwards and it still gave me the same message.
After 30 min, it came back to normal.
