Fizz plan issues

You didn't return my plan to canadian coverage as asked which is stopped by your system between months to months... Also you over-charged me for it as a basic plan and did not give me what came with it... I call that stealing. I'm near the point of going back to another company, I never get these issues elsewhere. I'm very unsatisfied with how you've treated me as a number on this problem. Next time, I'm out.

    Don't worry. I got a similar issue. It took me few trials (I know it's frustrating to contact them many times to get an answer). But got credited yesterday for my missing datas on my plan.

    First of all... It's the perfect place to complain. I've got other things to do that try to contact people that ensure not being contacted. Things go fine when they don't temper with my plan and their services are up. They also false advertised prices on my first month with them and switched those right away... I'm wondering what else is coming up. I get better services for the same prices elsewhere. I just thought I could custom my plan better with a companie that would support such a thing well, I'm disappointed. I strongly believe they should fix this. Otherwise I will see no reason in remaining loyal to them

    Yeah, but we are customers like you here. We can help with some technical issues, but not for change your plan or billing issues or other stuff like this. I will suggest you to write a complaint on my profile, contact forms on that case. It worked for me.
