Fizz is working again - Reactivate link is broken

I unsubscribe date from Fizz yesterday, but only to find it working again a few hours later. Now, I want to retain my account. None of the forms work, nor can i use the reactivate link.

    A chat with support elevated the issue. Unfortunately, there's no way to cancel the unsubscribe. I'll try to get a new SIM and number at the end of my pay period.
