Why doesn't my call connect on the first try?

Why when I place a call it systematically doesn't connect on the first try and I have to redial and then it connects? Anyone else having this issue??

Not me. I use also in a car without problèmes.
Which phone do you have?
You are cover with fizz network or fizz-ext?

This is the first time I hear about such occurence.
Perhaps you should try putting another sim card into your phone and try calling with it.
I have the feeling the problem stems from your phone and not the sim card. It might be connectivity issues too so make sure you are in the open when making those calls.

Have you considered restarting your phone? Maybe, it'll help.

Try rebooting first.  If problem persists, here's some troubeshooting ideas.

Try to find out if the problem is with your phone or Fizz SIM.

Try another SIM on your phone to see if it has the same issue.

Then try your SIM on another phone. You'll have some answers soon.

In my android, with a different provider, I was obliged to reset the network, it was a problem with the OS of my phone and not with the service provider. I do not know if can help you.

It's definitely not my phone and this has been like this for every placed call, not just randomly. It's nothing major but still a bug
