I don’t have a cell # to port. Will Fizz provide me with one when I subscribe?

    The number is included with your plan, you have a list of numbers from which you can pick your new number.
    For a dollar you can try to chose the last four number

    Yes you'll receive a number with area code corresponding to your current address
