This is an user forum.In order to solve your problem you will have to contact Fizz via the chat bubble, they will "re-install" the voicemail feature. You can access chat bubble by clicking any help topic like here ===> https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn the chat bubble will appear after few seconds at the bottom right of the page.
Make sure you are logged in into your account.10 -

You don't have received the default one by sms? Otherwise, if 1234 fails, check with chat.1

Like others said, you must contact Fizz support to solve your problem. They will be able to reset your voicemail
