I changed my mobile plan, why this month still charge me the same amont like last month?

The change is only for the next cycle3

You must change your plan 24-48 hours prior to the plan renewal, anything later then that and it will only occur on the next billing cycle. Please make sure to change it at least 2 days ahead of time.

I received the confirm email by FIZZ, my new plan will start at 16 march, but now, still the same plan as last month, nothing change.4

Fizz's billing system is still very buggy. You'll have to contact Fizz directly to get them to fix this.3
