Technician couldn't complete the installation and will be back in Summer ?
Has anyone else got a Fizz technician say that they cannot complete the installation due to a broken Videotron cable in the underground conduit ? I am not sure how to deal with this. Did the technician schedule a follow up with us ? He just put a temporary cable to set up my connection for now.

Yes I heard of this before , they can't dig ground until summer.4
