Anyone signed-up for the $15 Talk-only plan care to chime in?

 

Or are there better plans available elsewhere?

No this is not a good one. Add $2 and you can get Canad-wide call with voice mail.

It's the best in the market as long as you subscribe before April. Then, you get to keep the same price forever.
