Why can't I see my free upgrade usage?

I'm in my second month using Fizz, and i have 1gb of data usage in my plan. However i also have a free 250mb upgrade and do not see the usage for that. I only see the usage for my 1gb of data. Should the free upgrade data not be used first before using my actual 1gb of data pan?

Did you apply your 250mb upgrade ?
If you did then your upgrade can be used only at the next cycle.

yes i applied it and it doesn't say pending anymore. I thought i was already on my second billing cycle so i assumed it would be working already

You should see the upgrade usage. If you don't then there must be a bug with the display of your account.
