The only way I can think of is by using the bubble chat in the solution hub since they are the only ones who have access to your order.5

You first need to check the transaction history in your account to see if the first sim cards were delivered. Perhaps they were delivered but to the wrong address. Depending on whether they were delivered or not, when you contact Fizz your rationale for the refund will be different.3 -
You can contact Fizz by opening a help page ( exemple https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate - don't pay attention to the content of the page ) . You'll see a bubble chat within 15 seconds.
You need to do so during business hours ( Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).3 -
