Talk Add-on to plan?

If I set up an account for just texting at the rates offered now (beta until April), and purchase a talk add-on is this considered changing my plan? Will it effect my plan rate?

Buy add on is not considered as changing plan.

When "Adjust plan" in "Manage plan" is used to make changes then your plan is considered changed

Only if you change your plan (add ons are not considered a change)

Add-ons are not considered as changing your plan since they are not permanent. You change your plan when you go to your account and select adjust plan.
