How to solve a payment problem?

Hi,
My problem is the following, I want to order my sim but each time I try to pay it either says there is a problem with the billing address (it's in the middle of a big city and I checked the coverage card : there is coverage)
OR I used the maximum number of credit cards (even though I am using the same every time), tried to contact the chat, unavailable, tried to contact them through messenger, the bot is replying to contact the chat (you see the loop here). Didn't know that you could get so creative with issues, will keep it there...won't waste more time

You can "chat" with Fizz by opening a help page (example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do ) . You'll see a bubble chat in the bottorm right corner in the next 15 seconds3
