I changed my plan and it didn’t renew and I still have 400 MG of data for the next month?

I changed my plan from 6G to 8G the day before it was supposed to renew and it actually didn’t because on my account it still says that I have 400 MG for the next 31 days. Can you fix the problem please? I don’t want to pay 40$ a month for only 400 MG.

You can "chat" with Fizz to have this issue fixed by opening a help page like this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do2 -
This is a public forum discussing issues and topics. Sounds like you had some data rollover to the next month. Congrats! You now have extra data to use this month!
Fizz is one of the few providers that let's you keep the data that you don't use so you can use it the next month!
If the remainder of the 8GB does not show up soon, contact Fizz and let them know what's going on3 -
Make sure that you have the data for your plan under see usage you should have 400MB rollover plus your monthly plan data6

They are asking to do the changes at least 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle
