Sim Card Data Reading Failure?

Greatings, everyone,
I submitted the problem that appears on the attachment (in French) to Fizz; I received no response.
All settings have been checked, the card reinserted and the phone restarted more than necessary. This is a Samsung Galaxy S6 that has the latest updates from Samsung and Android. The phone works well except for this problem.
Sometimes it works intermittently, but not most of the time.
Besides using codes (like star services). Anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your help.

If you have the possibility to test your sim card on another phone to see what would happen so you can determine if the root cause was the sim card / Fizz network or the phone.6

The only way to know is trying the sim card in another phone.7

There is a sim swap function. Go there and change to a new sim . Ask Fizz after and they'll refund you the cost for first broken sim. Old plan and points stay,just the sim was changed.0

Could be that the SIM card is broken or configured incorrectly by Fizz. Before making conclusions though, make sure to test your SIM with another phone.0
