There is no official date regarding the end of the Launch price. From what is known, the end of the launch price might happen in April 2019. There will be an official notice prior to the end date.

I changed from my beta plan a couple of days ago, a week before I get charged for the next month. I wanted to make sure that I changed plans far enough in advance that it took effect for the next month. 5 more days until the plan change, but so far I haven't lost my existing plan or data, nor have I been charged early for the next month. I can let you know if/when there is a smooth transition from beta to launch plans and pricing in 5 more days.9

Any change on your plan will be effective on your next billing date.
Let's say your billing date is every 20th of the month. The next billing date would be on March 20. Any change on your plan made before March 20th will be effective on the 20th. Any changes made after March 20th will be effective on the next billing date, in this case, on April 20th.
At the end of your Beta period, you will go on the introductory price automatically.

Change it now, you will lock the price but the change will start until your next billing cycle,
a lot of people are worry about when Fizz is ending the introductory prices, but believe me they are going to give enough time for everybody to react8 -
So are we (beta users) supposed to get an email indicating when our beta period ends?6

@Kenny Yes, we are supposed to get an email. It was originally two months, plus an extra two added on later. So 5 months. But, I am at the end of the 5 months and have yet to receive an email. I changed my plan to reduce the amount of data I paid for because it turns out I use much less than I originally thought.7

My beta ended two days ago. They gave me about 2 days notice that it was ending and I would be transitioned to the introductory prices. But I wanted to change my plan options so I did that right away and the new plan is what I got charged for.4
