Thanks for the update. I can understand certain issues requiring time to be resolved, but having the same issue reoccur is very frustrating. Hope it's resolved permanently this time.

SMS always works, the problem is MMS is on and off in android system. Very annoying.

You should try to contact Fizz letting them know of this issue so they can reward you appropriately.
