Texts not working suddenly?

Switched from Videotron Friday and suddenly today around 10am my texts are not being sent or received on the two lines I have. Had been working fine before that. Ottawa area. Google Pixel XL 2. My APN settings are split in two as per advice of user Kevin which worked well to enable MMS.
