I have transferred my phone line over to Fizz 2 weeks ago. The phone line still doesn't work. I have used the community hub, logged a ticket and try to get a hold of Fizz on Messenger. Nothing work. What to do next ?

1) find office hour (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm)
2) login to fizz.ca
3) go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
4) wait 15 seconds
5) click green bubble on bottom right, and start chat6 -

You can alao try contacting them via Facebook messenger.6

Why did you wait 2 week before to contact them ? Use Facebook Messenger the help chat. They will fix your problem.3
