It's under My plans > Manage plans > Payment method > Add a new payment method7

My plan --> Manage plan ---> Payment method -> add payment option4

If you ever added credit card before, it will say something like "you reached maxim credit card number", you need chat with Fizz and remove this restriction.
Please visit https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, wait a few seconds until you see the green bubble on bottom right, click it and start chat.
If had wrong expire data, and you add new card and remove old card, it will be treated you did 2 credit cards already. It's very stupid setting.1
