Brassard police number not included in my Québec plan?

Try to call Brassard Police non emergency number. Fizz told me the number not included in my plan. 450 4637011 !

If you have calls in your plan and your coverage is Quebec then you should be able to call any number in Quebec as long as you're in Quebec.
If this is the case then you need to contact Fizz.

Yeah definitely Brossard is on your coverage. As said M, you should contact Fizz chat in order to fix this.

Follow through the complaints process step by step. It is ridiculous that a clearly Quebec based 10 digit phone number, is not working on your Quebec plan.
