Two days there is no Internet speed?

On Friday, March 1, I switched from 60 Mbps to 120 Mbps. The plan has just begun. Rebooting the modem does not help.On the evening of Friday, March 1, the Internet disappeared. On Saturday morning, the Internet earned, but with a very slow speed of 0.001-0.1mb/s.Today is Sunday, nothing has changed.

Did you reset the modem? Sometimes a reboot is not enough.

Have you tried on wifi? If you can download the Fizz wifi app on iOS or Android to verify. It will allow you to have the speed between the isp and the modem and between the modem and your wifi device. Make sure that you are on 5ghz because you will not have the best speed on 2.4ghz With that you will be sure that it is modem or isp and not on your side. Verify your Ethernet cable. FYI you won’t be able to achieve the 120 speed with the cable that come with the modem it is limited to 100 Mb/s

Are you using the Wifi on the Fizz modem or an external modem? If you have an external router, maybe it's not gigabyte and the network adapter cannot support speeds up to 80 mbps...
