Proxy error

I do not have internet acces. I have a proxy error: ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED.
What can I do to removed this error

If it Is the Internet Service, try resetting your modem and plug directly wired from a PC (once all the light are on) to see if you have access to the net...
If it is for DATA, I'm assuming you have a DATA Plan or money in your wallet. Try checking your APN Settings
