Texting US or European numbers?

Fizz told me that "You can send and receive SMS from anywhere as long as you are in the coverage area." But I want to know if there are any [additional] fees for sending and receiving SMS to areas outside the coverage area if I am in my coverage area? For example, I am in Canada (my coverage are) but texting the US or Europe. Thanks!

Normally there will be no fees to receive sms, but sending sms fees depend on the area.
You can find the rates in Add-on for details.

No there is no extra fee to send sms outside of your coverage area as long as you have sms feature in your plan.

You should not have any fees if the SMS are sent from your coverage area.

I confirmed I can sms to USA just fine. no charge.
