Hi i got a voice mail message alert on my iphone but i dont have the feature to my account.How to get rid of the voice message.

You're now level 3, so you unlocked a voicemail bonus. That means that you have voicemail for FREE

You need get voice mail first in plan, and use voicemail reward to offset $1. that's how it works.2

It shows apprenti 3/5 near your name, but I think there's a bug on the profile. So you're apparently level 3

So does that mean than you didn't took the reward? Maybe you're better to communicate on Messenger or Fizz chat on this case
