Now I cannot give kudos to anyone. There is some issue I think. I can login to community hub, I can reply, ask question, but I cannot see my points and give kudos...

I'm having the same problem with not being able to give kudos today. I can log in and reply to comments, but clicking on the hearts does nothing. Discovering different new bugs is just part of the fun at Fizz!
