The Honor 10 doesn't have band 4 in either 3G or LTE, so you'd be stuck on Fizz Ext all the time with that phone. It would be okay temporarily but they'll cancel your account after a few months if you don't get a different phone.

It depends on which model you have , most of them are not but Honor 10 Global Dual SIM TD-LTE is compatible with Fizz
