    Where did you get the code ? from your actual provider ? Only him can help you, not even Fizz.

    You have to contact the carrier whose your phone is locked to
    They are the only,one who can help

    What Gyslain said. If your phone is refusing to take your new Fizz Sim then you need to get the unlock code from your old provider.
