You can not suspend your subscription.

You can reduce the cost by keeping only Quebec coverage for 8$.
.
However the plan prices might be different in 2 months if you change your plan (Introduction price could end at that time - we don't know)

And how will you keep your actual phone number if you "cancel/unsuscribe"? Especially if you're outside Canada?
