If I change my data plan from 1GB to 2GB, before changing the plan the data rollover is1GB, now after changing to 2GB, is the data rollover will be for 2GB or 1GB?

The rollover is what you have left of your data plan from the previous cycle.

Rollovers will be the rest of your 1gb of the first month , than the rest of the 2gb of the second month and so on.

It will be counted by 2gb. Your current plan is not changed yet, 1gb will be valid in NEXT billing cycle.
