Can I forward a incoming call if I have a plan with only data and text, and no money in my wallet?

Maybe you can forward to another active line (like a landline at home) , and keep this phone for data and text ?

You need minutes or $ in the wallet for call forwarding to work, but there is no separate charge for call forwarding. That's all it means.

I'm pretty sure you need some money in the wallet or some minutes in the plan since Call forwarding use your minutes normally
