I got my account lock out twice.I have no clue why the payment failed.Is it possibility to pay for few month in advance?

Unfortunately no you can not.
What Fizz should do is to apply the payment several days before the beginning of the cycle and this is what we need to ask Fizz to do so in the future
The other possibility is to give users grace time like several days8 -
I second this. I've seen enough posts about people having this issue that it is time for Fizz to give some grace period of 1 or 2 days, so that you can change payment method before your account is suspended, or, as said, charge a bit early in advance, or allow manual payment on the spot on the website to reactivate your account (or ideally, all three!). Wish list, please.9

It's not possible at the moment but I'm sure it's coming ! And the option to make a payment now too.6

This is a Must not a wish. It makes no sense that user service is cut off like this.
Remember this is a Recurrent prepaid not a one shot prepaid.6 -
