How to get to chat with Fizz staff

I have tried several times but I have never been able to get a chat session. I have tried to follow the instructions that seem to say a chat bubble should show up after a few seconds if you are on the Solutions Hub while logged in, but I have never seen it and there does not seem to be any place to request the commencement of the chat session. I have communicated about two problems via Facebook Messenger but have never received a resolution to my issues. Any suggestions?

    You one step away from the chat bubble, from the solution hub pick any topic so you can get on one of FAQ page, that's where the chat bubble is.

    Just wait few seconds and it comes up at bottom right of your browser.
    Don't forget to disable any pop-up blockers!
    Chat is open between 08:00 and 21:00 on week days
    and between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekends
