What happened to my voicemail?

I added a voicemail to my line (581) xxxxxxxx and did the setup on my phone but it still hasn't been activated. See technical issue #13815. I got no answer, although I wrote several times that it hadn't been resolved. Please attend to this as soon as possible.

Id start by restarting the phone
If it doesn’t work try another method to contact fizz like Facebook messenger5 -
