nI never set up a PIN for my how do i recieve a new one?

I never set up a PIN for my voicemail. Now they ask me for my PIN to have access to my voicemail. I don't have a PIN and I don't a the SMS with the supposed PIN. What do I do? Thank you

Try 1234 first, if not , check SMS to see if it's there. Still not?
