How can I get customer service to contact me asap...tried messenger...not answering very fast and this is urgent

You can use facebook messenger, or look for the chat bubble on one of the pages in the solutions hub, as already mentioned to you on your other question. Fizz customer service isn't going to contact you by phone.

They are open between Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).

The most efficient way to contact Fizz is chat . You need to open a help page like this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do.
Don't pay attention to the content of the page.
Wait for 15 seconds look at the bottom right corner of the page and you'll see a bubble chat.

I've always been lucky with chat. However, keep in mind that certain times, like weekends are busier than others.
