Fizz is a full on web base service.
To contact them, connect to your account ans go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
A small chat bubble will appear at the bottom right of your browser, click on it and enter your question. A Fizz agent will assist you with your issue.

As René said , you can reach them by the help chat or Facebook Messenger , but you can't reach them by the phone ! It's part of the process to save money and then offer plan at lower price.5
