I ordered my SIM on Feb-12 and got it Feb-14, so two days (as they said it would be). You can either check with the courrier (it was Planète Courrier in my case) as they offer a tracking number. If not, as Rose and Jean-Maxime suggested, contact Fizz by Facebook Messenger (@fizzca) or Twitter (@fizz_ca).3
