Why does it say it's a commercial address?

I was invited to the home internet beta test and even though I live in a residential area the system insists that my address belongs to a commercial area. I have been waiting and wanting to participate in the beta test and now it seems that I won't... Really bummed out.
What can I do if anything?

Could it be a city zoning issue? I'm sure you'd get it resolved if you contact them.

Chat with fizz.ask them add your address as residential in their database. It's a 5 days waiting time to do this.
