I was wondering if I can gift data to someone else for points and which they also gift me back data as well for them to gain points. Like a win win situation for both of us, I was wondering if you can send re-gifted data to someone to keep accumulating points lol

No you can not gift gifted data.

You cannot gift data that you got gifted
You also can’t gift retooled data
