error in plans system
I have Unlimited/ Minutes Canada wide, Unlimited/ Text messages, 1Gb of data Canada wide but if someone call me he will hear this message ( the number you called is not assigned check the number that you called) and when i'm trying to make any call i hear this message that my plan doesn't allow me to make any call
they charge me the full price of the plan but i can't call anyone or receive a call
is there any solutions ?
